I've read today that a library was having issues with a music industry association because they allow their members to listen to CDs (library of over 66 thousand titles) and have computers made available, which happen to have CD burners. The news was actually published on the website of a television channel owned by a large corporate, which happen to be one of the world's largest publisher and own a music store (I don't really like giving names ... It seems that people think their actions are right because they don't get punishment for them. They think they have the right to throw garbage on the ground because there are no cops around to warn them. "It's fine as long as you don't get caught" seem to be the global rule. You don't have to follow laws if there is no one
